Introducing the Surge 600 and Surge 900: a series of entry-level flatbed inkjet printers that can print full-color graphics at a faster rate than the models you’re currently used to. Discover all of the innovative functions these versatile machines offer at a great price so your business can benefit without breaking the bank.
Despite being flatbed printers, the Surge 600 and the Surge 900 both have the ability to not only print flat, but also to print 360° directly onto products thanks to easy-to-use attachments. This gives you greater versatility than ever, as you can decorate a wider range of products, including cylindrical items, without having to switch to a different machine – saving you time and money by eliminating the need to invest in more equipment than you truly need.

Both the Surge 600 and the Surge 900 offer single- and bi-directional printing. This means that the print heads can print in either one direction or continuously print in both directions, allowing you to increase the speed of your printing with just one machine. While before you would have to return the print head back to “home” to begin again in the same direction, that’s no longer needed thanks to bi-directional printing. With the print head working in both directions, it will save you even more time in the process.
Save time typically spent troubleshooting and avoid improper prints entirely thanks to the scanning system in both the Surge 600 and the Surge 900 that identifies same objects which are not oriented the same. These flatbed printers are able to detect both the position and the orientation of each object and then print them with no registration issues, making loading and printing products easier than ever and avoiding waste at the same time.

If you think flatbed ink printers can’t decorate fabric products, think again! Both the Surge 600 and the Surge 900 include a laminator attachment, which allows for designs to be printed onto direct-to-film (DTF) transfers. These DTF transfers can then be applied to textile products, such as bags and apparel, by using a heat press. This means that instead of having to buy multiple machines to print on different substrates, you can get just one piece of equipment that does it all.
Gone are the days when your products need to be perfectly flat and uniform to be compatible with a flatbed printer. The Surge 600 and the Surge 900 have a feature that allows for distance printing up to 10 mm from the print head – an excellent range not normally possible for inkjet printing. This opens the door for you to print on objects with slightly raised surfaces, such as pens with a clip or USB drives with a swivel cover. This grants you even more flexibility on the types of products you can print for your clients and the orders you can fulfill – leading to more business than ever before.
